Great team performance requires great interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.

Interpersonal skills involve interactions between people - how well you communicate and collaborate with others. Intrapersonal skills are how well you understand and manage your own emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. People and teams with a balance of both tend to be more successful and satisfied.

Employees often lack essential skills they need to excel at work.

Many teams hope and assume that employees will learn these skills on their own or through their managers, but often times don’t, at least not consistently. My learning programs teach these interpersonal skills through an intrapersonal lens.


My approach is shaped by my unique blend of teaching and business strategy expertise.
